Grimebusters Ltd. is currently looking to hire an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team immediately This position will be on a full time basis with an estimated 40 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. In this role you will be an expert multitasker with impeccable attention to detail. This job will include creating work orders, scheduling appointments, managing crew members on a daily basis, answering phones, sales, and processing payments. All associated with our field of work; water damage restoration, cleaning, junk removal, carpet cleaning and asbestos and mould remediation. Experience with PSA software would be an asset.

Grimebusters Ltd. is a family owned business working in the West End of Edmonton. This position requires a person with a great eye for detail, professional and strong grammar skills. The Administrative Coordinator will ultimately be responsible for ensuring alignment between client demands and available workforce capacity.
