An important part of this position is your ability to speak both English and French fluently to ensure we are able to help all of our customers across the country.

We are currently recruiting for consultants and an Assistant Manger.

**Position Details**:
Department: Customer Service -Inbound Customer Care Agent

Location: Remote

Reports to: COO & CCO
Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour - depending on experience
Start Date: Immediately

Natural Health Product Knowledge & experience is required.

Expected Availability: Must be available weekdays, evenings & weekends

Bilingual in English and French required

**Core Competencies**

*1+ year(s) experience in Customer Service, and/or Retail environment

*1+ year(s) with Health Food Store work experience is required

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*Highly Adaptable

*Self motivated and able to work independently

*Approachable and friendly demeanor

*Advanced computer skills

*Ability to work independently and unsupervised

*Initiative to maintain productivity without direction

**Responsibilities**

*Ability to provide exceptional customer service

*Provide product information regarding Nutritional Supplements

*Answer telephones quickly and proficiently

*Assist with other departments including Sales, shipping, marketing and retail.

*Take customer orders over the phone

*Participate in ongoing learning, including supplier training's, webinars, and telephone training's

*Follow up with customers with additional information require for order processing

*Work with sales and shipping departments to identify and implement improvements to current services
