**Job Details**:
**Position Title**: Program Support Officer
**Status**: Full-Time Support
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Faculty/Department**: Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellness, Continuous Professional Learning
**Campus/Location**:North Campus
**Salary**:FT Support Payband G (Start $33.55 - Max $38.88)
**About the Program Support Officer Role**:
The incumbent will provide direct support to CPL’s Central Operations and extended ecosystem while providing a comprehensive range of support services to adult-learners, professors, program coordinators (PCs), external stakeholders, in their assigned cluster of programming. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: administrative, program, financial, human resources, learner support, marketing, and inter-departmental support.

**Education**
Three (3) year diploma or equivalent in the following or related fields:
- Business Aministration
- Human Resources
- Information Data Systems
**Experience/Skills**
Minimum of three (3) years of progressive administrative or student advising experience in a post-secondary environment.
- Experience compiling and analyzing research-based data from various sources, producing reports, and identifying trends from data to develop solutions and strategies.
- Experience with proof reading communications, communication platforms, advising students on courses and programs selection.
- Experience in interpreting policies and procedures and with special events.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimum supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to use office equipment - phone, photocopier, printer, fax and troubleshoot technical minor problems.
- Proven excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Occupational Health and Safety training is considered an asset.
