SPG specializes in managing a boutique portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties in Toronto, with a focus in The Beaches neighborhood. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our tenants, ensuring well-maintained properties and smooth day-to-day operations.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Rent collection and accurate record-keeping
- Tenant engagement, including responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinating property upkeep, maintenance, and repairs with preferred vendors
- Scheduling and overseeing building updates and improvements
- Attending on-site meetings, inspections, and showings as required
- Coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with Ontario Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and other relevant legislation
- Maintaining records, including maintenance logs, vendor invoices, and tenant correspondence
- Issuing rent increase letters, following LTB guidelines

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge The Beaches neighborhoods is an asset
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties as required

**Details**
- **Location**: Primarily on-site in The Beaches, with some remote administrative work
- **Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $800.00-$1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

- Are you currently located in Toronto, ON, or within commuting distance of Midtown and The Beaches?
- Have you drafted rent increase notices using Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) forms?
- Can you maintain a digital filing system for leases, notices, and correspondence?

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M4L 1H9
