**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Follow office procedures and routines, create new ones as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Pay invoices from suppliers.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
- Pick up mail and packages from post office, open and sort.
- Help with human resources.
- Keep office organized.

**Skills**
- Friendly demeanor and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in data entry and bill payments with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage files efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and team members.

**Benefits**
- Flexible schedule with 16-20hr/wk
- 4-day work week (Tuesday-Friday)
- Paid lunch on Fridays
- Extra days off at Christmas

**Education & Experience**
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Some office experience or willing to learn

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
