Position Overview

As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the front-line support for our operations and the backbone of our office flow. You'll answer incoming calls, handle invoices, liaise with clients and technicians and ensure our office runs smoothly. If you are organized, customer-orientated and enjoy being part of a busy environment, this role is for you

What You'll Do

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Create, process and follow up on invoices and billing tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls, liaising between technicians, clients and office staff.
  • General office duties: Filing, supplies, data entry and correspondence.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and ensuring they feel supported.

What You Bring

  • Pervious administrative of office experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills both on the phone and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good time-management.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software (Word, Excel, Email)
  • A team player attitude, reliability and positive approach to problem solving.
