Finance/bookkeeping Manager

Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's goals.
Oversee the maintenance of accurate and timely financial records.
Manage the relationship with external auditors, tax preparers and other service providers.
Communicate financial information to staff members and board members.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, including experience with bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting and tax laws and regulations.
Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
Experience in a non-profit environment is an asset.
