**Job Overview**

As an Entry-Level Case Worker at our immigration consulting company, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their immigration process. You will assist senior consultants and case managers by preparing documentation, maintaining case files, and providing timely communication with clients. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a career in immigration services. Training and guidance will be provided to help you develop knowledge of immigration procedures, document requirements, and client support practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and case files in the company’s database.
- Conduct basic research on immigration programs, requirements, and timelines as instructed by supervisors.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure cases progress within required deadlines.
- Schedule client appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare draft correspondence and reports under the supervision of senior staff.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
- Provide general administrative support as required.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
