**Summary**

We are seeking a Handy Man to join our team at The Shore in Jordan, Ontario. This role is vital to maintaining our facility's high standards and ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless experience during their stay with us.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
- Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests
- Assist with setup for events and functions as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies required for maintenance tasks
- Report any major repairs needed to management

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in general maintenance or maintenance person roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry preferred
- Flexibility to work on various tasks as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$40.88 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
