- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.
- Tend to service calls on newly constructed homes. Complete minor repairs. Communicate with office staff if additional maintenance is required by suppliers.
- Work with our staff to complete finishing touches on homes prior to possession.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

**Salary**: $25.16-$27.46 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
