**Job Title: Handyman Maintenance Tech****Job Description**As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including Drywall, Trim Work, Door Install/Repair, Basic Renovation, Material Handling, and Moving Furniture. This position involves 70% renovation work, 20% moving furniture and construction materials, and 10% material gathering.**Responsibilities**Perform drywall installation and repairs.Conduct trim work and door installation/repair.Engage in basic renovation tasks.Handle construction materials and furniture.Gather necessary materials for various projects.**Essential Skills**2-3 years of experience with hand and power tools.Experience in plumbing, electrical, finishing, and carpentry.Ability to lift 50lbs.Good communication skills.Proficiency in production, general labor, woodwork, and repair.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Personal transportation preferred due to limited transit access.Proficiency in using measuring tapes, screwdrivers, power drills, and power saws.2+ years of experience in construction/renovation, especially in framing, caulking, painting, and baseboards.**Why Work Here?**Experience a fun and engaging workplace where team activities like bowling and pizza parties are encouraged.
