**Who we are:**
HelloChat is an independent retail electronic payments network through the transfer of money and information to financial institutions, merchants, consumers, and businesses.
**As a Fintech company**, HelloChat facilitates electronic payment services in North America by leveraging financial technology to make financial services and business more convenient, secure, and faster.
HelloChat brands include HelloChatPass and HelloChat Pay. Together, they provide payment options through the HelloChat Wallet, as a secure, mobile payment service.
**Area of responsibilities:**
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals
- Training business development staff
- Attending conferences and industry events
**Who we are looking for:**
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 3 years of managing a team
- High sensitivity to the market, strong expansion ability, and strong ability to develop customers from the new market.
- Excellent teamwork ability, cooperation with the team to promote business cooperation
- Have a strong learning ability
- Have strong interpersonal communication and logical thinking skills, be able to accurately catch product advantages and customer psychology
- Familiar with the local market and good at excavating customer needs, insight into all new things
- Multiple languages is a bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
