**Skills**

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong sales acumen with an understanding of phone etiquette to engage customers effectively.
