Customer Service Representative

The _Customer Service Representative is_ a highly ‘customer’ focused position, to ensure customer satisfaction and understand customer needs.
Your duties will also include follow-up of the Sales Order status with Vendors and the Sales department.
You must be comfortable in a fast paced and ever changing environment, comfortable working with people, and comfortable with computers and retail sales.
Experience with excel is important. Experience with Oracle Netsuite is beneficial.

**Areas of Responsibility**
- Using accessible tools to answer customer inquiries (telephone, NetSuite etc.);
- Effective communication with Vendors and internal company departments;
- Showroom duties to include, but not limited to: Receiving and displaying stock, assisting customers, organizing, maintaining cleanliness of showroom and cash sales;
- Additional areas of responsibilities as required.
**Qualifications**
- Experience working in a customer service role, Food Service/ Restaurant experience preferred
- Community College Certificate and Customer Service related experience
**Salary**: $33,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
