Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively in English will be a significant asset as you assist customers with inquiries, promote our products and services.
**Duties**
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to maintain a positive customer experience during all interactions.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by promoting relevant services based on customer needs.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
- A friendly demeanor coupled with excellent phone etiquette is essential for success in this role.
