PDI’s products are renowned in the powersports industry, often sponsoring and appearing alongside championship racers in desert racing, rock crawling, and mud circuits under the Demon Powersports brand.

In the past few years, in line with its objectives of being a leader in the outdoor recreation space, PDI created its own electric bike line through its Demon Electric and RYDE brands. PDI is also looking to expand its product offering and brand awareness in its e-bike lines to promote healthy active living and micro-mobility.

**Role & key responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**
- Assist with recruitment functions including posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, completing reference checks and prepare/reviewing offer letter.
- Administer the employee orientation program and ensure all new hire documents are completed.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer human resource program including but not limited to attendance report, leave record updating & disciplinary matter.
- Handles employment verification requests and other employment-related letters for all staff.
- Organize and maintain HR filing systems and file correspondence and other records.
- Plan, organize and administer office events and functions.
- Take responsibility for the successful and timely completion of human resources related projects and priorities, as assigned.
- Complete all other HR tasks as assigned.

**Office Administration**
- Provide general administrative support to the organization’s operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Source & purchase office & warehouse supplies at good price and do comparison.
- Maintain office and warehouse supplies inventory
- Maintain office nest & tidy, office equipment in good condition.
- Complete all other operation administration tasks as assigned.

**Required Skills/Abilities**
- College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources
- 3 years or more years Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel and Word and a general aptitude for technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as active listening.
- Ability to set up projects’ priorities and complete them on time.
- Ability to filter and analyze data and to present the information to support proposed recommendations.
- Ability to act with integrity, sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Require strong organizational skills and behavior.

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
