Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals in our restaurant. Your culinary expertise and creativity will contribute to providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to plan and develop new menu items
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or in a similar role
- In depth Knowledge of curries and Biriyani.
- In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
