With excellent communication skills combined with an ability to prioritize and multitask you will also have a passion for wellness and a strong desire to learn and grow within the position. First consideration will be given to those who have experience in medical administration and/or customer service.
This is an in-person position: 2400 Brant Street, Burlington, Ontario

**Skills & Experience**
- Impeccable client service with Medical Office background and a passion for Natural Health
- Competent MAC and PC systems an asset, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Deliver an exceptional customer service experience in person, on the phone, virtually
- Address and coordinate new clinic patients and inquiries
- Daily operations of medical office including patient scheduling, chart notes, prescriptions, follow up appointments, recommendations form the MD
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday (some exceptions) + clinic events as scheduled
- 20 hrs/week PERMANENT PART TIME
**Salary**
- $18-$21/hour, wage to commensurate with experience
