**Admin/Reception**
In this support role you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations at our front desk while providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core responsibilities will include managing phone systems, performing data entry, and maintaining digital filing systems. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology will enhance patient interactions and support our medical office environment. With relevant experience in customer support, you will contribute significantly to our team's efficiency and patient satisfaction. Join us in delivering outstanding service in a professional setting. With excellent communication skills you will also have a passion for wellness and health combined with a strong desire to learn and grow within the position.
First consideration will be given to those who have experience in medical administration and/or customer service.

Skills and Experience
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask
- Superior organizational skills
- Competent MAC and PC systems an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Competency in telephone skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Impeccable Customer Service Experience (medical office beneficial but not exclusive)
- Passion for Natural Healthcare
- Experience with Canva and Posting to Social Media desirable
- Event planning and execution desirable
- Medical terminology certificate preferred
- CPR and Basic First Aid desirable
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Deliver customer service in person, on the phone, virtually
- Financial systems such as customer payments
- Address and coordinate new clinic patients and inquiries
- Daily operations of medical office including patient scheduling
Schedule
- Monday to Friday (some exceptions)
- Full time 25-35 hrs/week
Salary
- $18.50-$23/hour, wage to commensurate with experience

- Burlington On.
