Elite Performance Center is a 24-hour gym and injury rehabilitation clinic located in central Burlington with highway access from Guelph and Walkers line. EPC has quickly become a multifaceted facility allowing us to cater to the needs of our broad-spectrum client base. In addition to our 24/7 gym and boot camp memberships, we are a rehabilitation clinic featuring top tier athletic therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and registered massage therapists. Our skilled rehab team specialize in assessment and treatment of all kinds of injuries, helping our members look and feel their absolute best.
Elite Performance Center is looking for a motivated, passionate and outgoing Assistant Office Manager to join our team. The Assistant Office Manager would work directly with the Office Manager and Owners to support staff in day to day operations, support marketing initiatives, generate new leads, assist with digital copy writing and more.
The incumbent would also be responsible for general office admin duties at the front desk included but not limited to:
- Cash, debit, credit transactions
- Data entry (client information)
- Sorting/ filing/organizing
- General tidying/ cleaning of office and gym
- Answering phone calls
- Booking appointments
- Membership sales and sign up
- Staff scheduling and support
- Social Media account maintenance

- Hardworking mindset
- Great attention to detail
- Outgoing personality
- Self starter who works well independently
- Great understanding of social media channels
- Understanding of MindBody software is an asset but not required
- Sales background is an asset but not required
- Experience in an office administrative role is preferred
**Hours**:
Approx. 20 hours/ week.
Weekday evening (3pm-7pm) + daytime (9am-3pm) & Saturday (9am-1pm) availability a must.
