**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Monitor social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage and oversee all listings and sales transactions for the team
- Communicate with our buyers and sellers throughout each transaction.
- Work on templates in Canva
- Prepare Seller’s and Buyers Guides
- Collect documents and process the trades for all deals
- Assist at listing appointments with things such as measuring rooms, video footage and 3D walkthroughs.
- Pre-closing organization - follow up to ensure all pending items are completed as per agreement, schedule walkthroughs, and check that lawyers have all required documentation.
- Post-closing client care - closing gift coordination and reach out for “Client Reviews”
- Upkeep of Database/CRM ensuring all active client’s contact information is accurate (birthdays, anniversaries, contact info, addresses, workflows for activities/reminders)
- Prepare all open House packages
- Keep listing and sales folders organized (move once sold/annually)
- Assist in preparation of News Letters and mail outs during the year
- Keep up with industry trends, insights and topics
- Help organize and execute Client Appreciation days

**Requirements**:

- Extremely organized and a strong self starter.
- Social media profile such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc
- Familiarity with Office software
- Strong research skills to identify trends and audience preferences
- Excellent proofreading skills for content accuracy
- A creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends
- Your own reliable transportation

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
