**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement across multiple platforms.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and community management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content strategy to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
- Biweekly online updates.
- Preparing listings and content for quarterly print and digital editions.
- Oversee social media and marketing operations, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Edit photos and videos to create compelling, high-quality marketing content.
- Collect, analyze, and report on listing activity data, providing clients with weekly performance updates.
- Create professional feature sheets to highlight property listings.
- Organize and manage online giveaways to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Conduct surveys and content marketing initiatives to better understand and serve client needs.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar capacity within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe for designing promotional materials and advertisements.
- Excellent research skills to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling messages that drive engagement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
