Greater Toronto Area, Canada Flow Marketing Full time

About Flow Marketing

Flow Marketing is a purpose-driven company dedicated to creating experiences and programs that inspire action and enrich communities across the country. From national events like the
Run for Women

— in partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart — to resilience-building mental health programs like
Shift Your Mind

, we design meaningful connections that move people and make a real difference.

At Flow, we believe in
doing work that matters

— work that not only builds brands but also strengthens communities. Our team blends strategic and creative thinking with strong execution to deliver results with heart and integrity.

We are a purpose-driven team that works hard, leads with passion, and treats people with kindness and respect. We believe in creating a safe, open environment where accountability, honesty, and growth are encouraged, and where individual strengths and differences are valued.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive
Marketing Coordinator
to support the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day operations for our signature events — including the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women, and Brita Night Run.

These events bring people together in support of important causes, promoting
mental health, wellness, and community connection
. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing — from coding and scheduling eblasts and managing social content to setting up digital ad campaigns, tracking results, and ensuring flawless campaign execution that helps inspire participation and build community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Code, schedule, and test email marketing campaigns in alignment with content and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage the social media content calendar — drafting, scheduling, and monitoring posts across platforms.
  • Set up and help manage digital advertising campaigns
across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ensuring accurate targeting, creative uploads, and budget tracking.
  • Ensure campaign timelines and deliverables are met, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and report on key marketing metrics such as email performance, ad performance, social engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Compile regular campaign performance summaries and share insights to help optimize future initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases and mailing lists.

Administrative and Coordination Tasks

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining shared marketing folders, and managing marketing assets.
  • Support vendor coordination and invoice processing.
  • Help ensure brand consistency across all materials and communications.

Communication and Support

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, providing timely updates on marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with internal communication related to marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Respond to general inquiries and support event logistics as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with design, digital, and communications teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, events, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Support cross-departmental projects that contribute to overall brand growth and visibility.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
  • Experience setting up and monitoring digital ad campaigns
(e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable working with data — experience in Google Analytics, Excel, or reporting dashboards is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A professional, empathetic, and polished communication style.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • A team-oriented attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A passion for delivering creative, effective marketing that drives engagement and results.
  • You're flexible and collaborative.

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • Benefits
