We are looking for an experienced, creative, and organized Retail Social Media Marketing Team Lead to join our team. The position will be responsible for developing, executing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns for our retail store as well as help with the store operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative and effective marketing strategies aimed at increasing store traffic, brand awareness and sales
- Design, develop and execute innovative retail marketing campaigns
- Analyze, manage and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing and social media initiatives
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, sales performance, and other data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Being hands on and involved in overall strategy & vision of their presence as it relates to their retail partners, website, and in-store experience.
- Provide excellent service to customers within the store. Primary responsibilities include helping customers with any questions or concerns they have while in the store, merchandising, replenishing stock on the floor, and processing payments at the cash register.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field
- 1+ years of experience in retail marketing
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry
- Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
