Join our team where you will be responsible for performing clerical support through communicating with vendors, clients, and internal departments, assisting with accounting, database upkeep, payroll administration and record maintenance, or other related Occupational Health administrative duties while supporting our shared goal of delivering high quality employee health solutions to our clients. **What we look for**: - An ability to serve as a goodwill ambassador (front-line liaison). This position is all about people and how you ensure a positive experience for our clients. - Devotion to warmly greeting visitors, quality chart preparation, filing and archiving of electronic records with panache, and maintaining supplies so that we never run out. - Someone who can wear many hats in a day and look good doing it. - Demonstrated experience using software related to payroll, accounting or customer relationship management (and you may even boast about your excellent data entry skills). - A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
