If you're ready to take your sales career to the next level, we want to hear from you **Your Role in the Traffic Tech Story**: As an Account Executive, you'll be a key player in driving our growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business. You'll work closely with a team of experts to develop and implement cutting-edge logistics and technology solutions for your clients. Building strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be crucial to your success. **What You'll Be Doing**: - ** Building and nurturing**: Cultivate and expand relationships with external customers, becoming a trusted advisor and partner. - ** Securing opportunities**: Proactively identify and engage with decision-makers, securing new business and expanding existing accounts. - ** C-suite engagement**: Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives at client companies. - ** Consultative selling**: Provide expert guidance to customers on our service offerings and industry trends, understanding their unique needs and challenges. - ** Operational excellence**:**Ensure smooth and efficient operations for your book of business, maximizing client satisfaction. - ** Achieving goals**: Meet and exceed pre-established sales objectives, contributing to the overall success of the team. - ** Delivering the extraordinary**: Go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and build long-lasting client partnerships. **What You Bring to the Table**: - 3-5 years of proven experience in 3PL sales. - Non-3PL outside sales experience also be considered. - Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). - A highly motivated, self-starter attitude with strong relationship-building skills. - A tactfully relentless and disciplined approach to sales. **What Traffic Tech Offers You**: - ** Career Growth**: A robust industry with continuous training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.
