Our McCann Calgary team is looking for an Account Executive to manage and co-ordinate agency resources to ensure that day-to-day client needs are met. The Account Executive will act as the daily client contact and ensure that all projects assigned are completed smoothly. In this role, you will work in a team assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and projects of varying sizes, ensuring flawless delivery that meets the client’s needs.

**The Team**

The McCann Calgary Business Leadership team is a collective of brave, nimble and smart individuals capable of rising to any occasion. Our goal is to create work that allows brands to play a meaningful role in consumers’ lives.

**What you will do**
- Exhibit effective project management skills, including preparing and updating timelines, activity reports, and status reports for internal team and clients.
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients.
- Produce and coordinate internal and client-facing communication materials, including contact and status reports, agenda preparation and meeting scheduling.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables and approvals.
- Develop estimates and manage cost against project budgets.

**Who you will be**
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Crisp thinker and communicator - verbally, visually and in writing.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS office.
