MedTech Group of Companies is looking for an experienced, motivated Digital Marketing Specialist, responsible for operating our sales websites and ensuring search engine optimization, overseeing the digital marketing and online promotions, and maximizing online sales. This individual will analyze campaigns and advertisements to determine their success and identify areas of opportunity and growth for future campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a strong understanding of Medtech’s initiatives and goals to produce highly effective marketing campaigns to maximize online sales.
- Optimize website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to direct online placement of keywords and other content.
- Collaborate with other members of the Medtech team to develop integrated and complimentary marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research analysis to identify electronic commerce trends, market opportunities, or competitor performance.
- Conduct analysis and statistics on a campaign’s success; develop reports or findings for new opportunities and improvements.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators.
- Operate and monitor Medtech’s websites.
- Process online sales ensuring order details are correct, while collaborating with the Medtech team to ensure materials and delivery dates so products get into customer’s hands accurately and on time.
- Communicate with online customers and develop a client relationship for future sales.
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- A degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, or a related discipline considered an asset.
- French and/or Spanish Bilingual considered an asset.
- This position will be on-site, and Medtech offers a cab service from White Oaks Mall to Medtech in the morning, and from Medtech back to White Oaks Mall at the end of the day.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of internet marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using a variety of search engine marketing tools.
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple commitments simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
