**Salary**: $74,053 - $79,787 per year (pay range explained below)
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time
**Location**: Sinclair or Park Royal - Fully in office. Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.
**About the role**
The Administrative Program Advisor supports the overall mandate and strategic priorities of the OCNO portfolio The position supports office functions and activities through the provision of a full range of administrative oversite, portfolio support and services supporting the mandate of CNO. This role works independently and assists with carrying out processes, procedures special assignments with mínimal supervision. In this role, broad experience, skills, and knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and practices will be developed.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- BA degree in business administration, or health administration, or a related field plus one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education training and experience and a minimum of 3 years professional experience in managing projects and team.
**Duties and Responsibilities of the role**
- Provides program advice, support, and assistance to CNO executives, directors and administrative services manager responding and prioritizing directly to standard requests and escalate as required to leadership to resolve more complex and non-standard inquiries.
- Coordinates and manages the provision of administrative services for OCNO Nursing Services, including analyzing, compiling, and creating various reports (electronic/paper files) for administrative services manager and senior team members, arranging meetings and conferences, preparing, and distributing materials, agendas, meeting minutes, and managing the provision, mail, courier, and building management requirements for the OCNO.
- Provides clerical support to senior management, including photocopying, preparing and updating documents and other materials as required. Processes a variety of correspondence, proofreads documents, organizes and maintains current file system, distributes information and maintains an inventory system (training programs, physical assets, minor capital acquisitions, suppliers, etc.)
- Handles incoming and outgoing calls, mails, and faxes (right fax accounts) for the department. Please refer to Job Specification section of the Job Description for more details**.**
**You may have experience in;**
Basic knowledge of First Nations communities and issues.
Knowledge of data entry, manipulation, and retrieval techniques using a variety of computer automated systems and software.

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.
