**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a **hands-on Operations Manager** to lead our operations across our **London, St. Catharines, and Kitchener** locations.

You’ll oversee daily yard and driver operations, ensuring each site runs efficiently, safely, and profitably. Your focus will be to **reduce costs, strengthen yard operations, and build a culture of accountability and teamwork** among staff.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support yard and driver teams across multiple locations.
- Strengthen yard operations, maintenance standards, and equipment readiness.
- Oversee scheduling, logistics, and daily dispatch efficiency.
- Monitor and manage operational costs, budgets, and performance targets.
- Ensure all safety, compliance, and company standards are met.
- Coach and develop employees to foster respect, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Travel regularly between London, St. Catharines, and Kitchener.

**What You Bring**
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong **mechanical understanding** — confident discussing truck and equipment maintenance.
- A **confident, fair, and people-focused** leadership style.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.
