**About us**

New Age Influence is a creative media agency specializing in social media marketing and content creation. Our mission is to assist brands worldwide in integrating new age marketing tactics in order to tell their story and engage with targeted demographics. We strive to grow into a digital media agency that leverages social media tools and provides tech-solutions to help global businesses achieve their goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, development, and execution of social media projects that align with the client’s business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of social media campaigns, including creative directors, videographers, and writers
- Create and maintain detailed project plans
- Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and delivery on time and within budget.
- Work closely with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and management
- Continuously identify process improvements and implement best practices to streamline project management workflows

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in project management and marketing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Familiarity with creative and design processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to manage timelines and budgets
- Experience with project management tools is an asset
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
