**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop & Implement Social Media Strategies**: Create strategies to increase brand awareness, grow engagement, and build a community.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms using tools like **Adobe Creative Suite**, **Final Cut**, **CapCut**, **Canva**, **TikTok**, and **Adobe Illustrator**.
- **Account Management & Optimization**: Ensure consistent branding and optimize social media profiles to maximize engagement and reach.
- **Social Media Ads Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
- **Collaborate with Marketing Team**: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and brand across all social media channels.
- **Monitor Industry Trends & Competitors**: Keep track of social media trends, best practices, and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze performance metrics using tools like **Google Analytics**, and adjust strategies based on insights. Generate comprehensive monthly reports on social media performance.
- **Adjust & Optimize Strategy**: Use data and social media metrics to make informed decisions and adjust strategies to meet goals and KPIs.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**, **Adobe Illustrator**, **Final Cut**, **CapCut**, **TikTok**, and **Canva**.
- Strong understanding of social media ad management and analytics platforms such as **Google Analytics** and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative design skills.
- Expertise in creating engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work remotely and manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines.

Pay: $18.35-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
