**Summary**

We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team at Gino's Pizza Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our customers. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving our marketing efforts as we continue to grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, create, and edit engaging content (videos, Photos, etc.) for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting of content that aligns with marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Edit and enhance multimedia content, including videos & Photos, using tools such as Canva
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product) to align content with broader brand initiatives and objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, direct messages, and collaborating with influencers or brand ambassadors.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, hashtags, and platform algorithms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media content creation, editing, and management.
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
- Experience working in photoshoots and content creation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and e-commerce strategies is an asset.
- Strong proficiency in content creation tools, including Canva & Adobe Creative Suite
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices, algorithms, and trends.

Need to be confident and comfortable appearing on camera for video content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with social media analytics and insights tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics)
- A portfolio or samples of previous content creation and editing work is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
