As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading, planning, motivating, and organizing. You will work with your teams as a partner to ensure milestones and deliverables are being met.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage a variety of project from initiation to closure across product and engineering groups; with a focus on milestones/deadlines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and key stakeholder relations.
- Build and maintain an effective working relationship with immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that have an effect on the successful completion of the project.
- Control project scopes and objectives with a mix of agility and change management processes.
- Maintain regular communication with project team and coordinates dependencies with external partners.
- Be accountable for project results and responsible for the project lifecycle.
- Manage and communicate to the deviation, impediments, escalation, risks and concerns to projects. Ensure that plans are in place to get back on track and manage re-baseline activities.
- Promote neutrality and transparency in project operations.
- Strong status reporting and management of expectations.
- Share, promote and provide mentoring on best practices and lessons learned.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must Haves**:

- 3+ year of experience in Project Management
- 2+ year of experience within IT project environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in various project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 3+ years using the Jira Suite
- Experience managing multiple teams & project initiative at the same time
- Experience running scrum ceremonies like Daily, Retro, Sprint planning, Refinement, etc.

**Nice to haves**:

- PMP certification
- PMI ACP certification, CSM and/or CST
