**Job Summary**:
Under the supervision of the Director of Technologies, the Technology Projects Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Orijin Village's technology projects. This pivotal role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to successful delivery. The Technology Projects Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal technical teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure the efficient deployment of innovative technological solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Management**:
- Develop detailed project plans, defining objectives, required resources, key milestones, and deadlines.
- Coordinate between technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- **Technological Implementation**:
- Oversee the implementation of technological solutions, ensuring quality work, compliance with standards, and satisfaction of internal and external clients.
- Ensure efficient management of technical resources, including developers, engineers, and IT specialists.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:
- Identify potential risks related to technology projects and implement mitigation strategies.
- Proactively resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring project continuity.
- **Communication and Reporting**:
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges faced, and outcomes achieved.
- Prepare detailed project performance reports, highlighting successes, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Technological Innovation**:
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, exploring new technologies, and evaluating their applicability to Orijin Village projects.
- Propose enhancements and innovations to optimize the efficiency of technology projects and achieve organizational goals.
**Your Contribution to Orijin Village Team**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology project management, preferably in the nonprofit or social sector.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible terms.
- Experience in coordinating technical teams and managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.
