Agile Project Manager

**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading agile delivery on multiple strategic initiatives
- Working directly with the technical team to generate project documentation, including but not limited to project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, Work Package description
- Ensuring effective utilization of staff across project teams liaising with various stakeholders
- Guiding the product owner to maximize the return on investment and to ensure project deliverables align with GSTS’ product development roadmap
- Timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategies
- Ensuring resource management, project requirements, and financial commitments, meet and align with expectations
- Defining management indicators for schedule, budget, scope, change requests and open items
- Ensuring transparency on work progress; lead and follow up on obstacles raised by the project team
- Reporting progress of projects on a weekly basis throughout life cycle; including monthly progress reviews to senior management
- Building and maintaining a risk and issues register and escalate issues and risks to the Director, Program Management proactively
- Understanding and managing the expectations set with clients (internal and external), communicating effectively, and managing all stakeholders.

**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years+ of Project Management experience within the technology industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in business management or computer science.
- Proven experience as a SCRUM Master
- Proven experience managing multiple medium to large scale technology projects in a Project Management role
- Extensive experience in understanding product requirements along with strong analytical and communication skills with adaptability, evidenced by experience in diverse technological domains.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams with internal and external stakeholders
- Hands-on experience developing project plans
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge/experience of Agile and Sprint style methodologies
- Ability to influence stakeholders, hold teams accountable for their work, overcome obstacles and lead project teams with competing priorities
- Team player and able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Ability to listen and develop a deep understanding of project, product, and client requirements
- Ability to thrive within a rapidly changing and growing environment

- Familiarity with cloud computing and programming
