The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the administrative functions of the Planning and Trades departments. They will work in conjunction with department leaders to ensure employee, meeting, payroll, training, and billing information is accurate and up to date.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Arrange and attend meetings as well as record and circulate meeting minutes.
- Submit Purchase Requisitions, petty cash receipts, and reconcile credit card spending.
- Complete departmental payroll coding and scheduling using payroll software including onboarding and termination documentation as required.
- Update and renew all licensing and training documents.
- Assist with employee onboarding, uniform distribution, communication, and recognition.
- Assist with gathering quotes and sourcing contractors and suppliers for construction projects.
- Assist with sourcing, quoting, and following up on orders for the Trades department.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in an administrative field is an asset.
- One to three years related administrative experience; Payroll experience is an asset.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Detailed oriented with proven ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative and be proactive.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests.
