**What you will be doing**:

- Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings.
- Ensure that all customers after sale service requirements are being met.
- Answers phone inquiries, identifies and resolves client concerns.
- Appropriately issues refunds and handles customer complaints according to Rexall protocol.
- Stock shelves and inform the purchaser when inventory is low.
- Keep knowledge of HHC related products and services current and attend in-service and product training when applicable.
- Complete all required paperwork and other administrative requirements in a timely and professional manner.

**How you will succeed**:

- Training (certification) in at least 2 of the following: ostomy, compression garments, insoles, orthopedic braces, trusses, toilet seating, catheter, prosthetic and walker fittings, etc.
- Computer skills, including: Word, Internet, Excel, POS software
- Functional and technical knowledge of mobility equipment and general HHC supplies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- Punctual and reliable
