**Home Health Care Sales Clerk**

Location: 325 Thorold Road, Welland

**Job Type**: Part-Time with Full-Time potential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computer software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
