**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and creating sales cash out for sales Team.
- Support the Sales team with various administrative and retail tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a retail sales setting is preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a clerical role is advantageous
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
