**Administrative Coordinator**

Must be Bilingual (French and English)

We are currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking a positive, organized person with strong customer service skills who excels in a fast-paced environment who is passionate and committed to delivering consistent positive customer experience to our clients and trusted partners.

**Must have**:
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and French

Strong internal and external customer service skills (come across as professional, friendly)

Highly organized, ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions, set priorities and adapt to changes

Exceptional attention to details, problem solving skills

Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills

Authorization to work in Canada

**Nice to have**:
Experience - knowledge - formal education in instrumentation and/or mechanics/hydraulics

Local industrial market knowledge (Mining - Aggregates - Steel - Paper - Sawmills - Waste management)

Project management experience

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
Serve as the initial point of contact for our clients, create a consistent positive customer experience

Be attentive, gather accurate details related to client requirements, services and timeline

Collaborate with internal team and trusted partners in order to determine client needs-issues and required services

Support our team in the preparation and delivery of proposals in both official languages (French and English)

Follow up with clients to confirm receipt of proposal and scheduling of proposal review

Work as part of a team in planning - scheduling field service work and availability of parts that may be required

Collaborate-Support project document control / project coordination

Manage parts inventory / parts sourcing / on-time deliveries / shipping and receiving

Effectively manage client communication and expectations

Manage Safety Documents/ Procedures
