**Sourcing Coordinator**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Communicate daily with suppliers overseas
- Follow up with designers for all approvals of trims & lab dips
- Follow up on fabric developments and maintain fabric log
- Forward and ensure receipt of purchase orders to vendors
- Prepare Tech Packages for shipment
- Maintain a status on incoming packages and samples
- Support Specialist by maintaining updated status reports

**To qualify for this role, you must have**:

- DEC in Fashion Design or Fashion Marketing;
- 3-5 years of experience in Import/Production (apparel industry);
- Detailed oriented, self-motivated;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Bilingual (English/French)
