Help us keep our Catalog full of industry leading products of all types along with strong suppliers relations The Vendor Relations and Product Specialist will answer directly to the Director of Sourcing and Operations and will assist him in his goal to optimize our product selection and our vendor relations. His tasks will range from contacting suppliers, analyzing the trends, analyzing our products performances, selecting products, researching brands and products, adding and updating products in our Catalog and working directly with the Marketing Coordinator to create marketing content and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze consumer consumption market trends and participate in product selection from over 300 world class brands to be offered in corporate reward catalogs.
- Curate, maintain a highly appealing catalog of consumer brands and products in over 30 categories.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Sales teams to ensure product content integrity and accuracy.
- Develop relationships with vendors.
- Source product substitutions from the existing pool of vendors in case of discontinued, back-ordered or unavailable products.
- Collaborate with colleagues to determine clients' needs and desires within the rewards and incentives market.
- Edit product images using Photoshop and write product content and specifications in compliance with internal standards.
- Develop, write content and execute promotional ideas to promote products or brands in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Translate content from English to French and vice-versa.
- High level of research skills to answer all questions pertaining to products offered in the catalog.

**Qualifications**:

- College or University Degree
- Minimal work experience required but a passionate desire to learn and grow
- Fully bilingual spoken and written (French and English)
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop
- Ability to work in a fast paced and innovative environment
- Problem-solving oriented, resourceful and autonomous
- Creative, efficient and detail-oriented
- Passion for consumer goods and merchandising

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
