**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Quality Control Associate** to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with Health Canada regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform inspections, sampling, and testing for raw materials, in-process production lines, and finished products
- Review and maintain Certificates of Analysis (COAs), third-party laboratory documents, and other QC documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Health Canada regulations for Natural Health Products (NHPs)
- Collaborate with production and QA teams to investigate and resolve quality issues
- Support stability testing, raw material verification, and environmental monitoring
- Assist in audits and regulatory inspections
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control within a GMP-regulated environment (NHP, pharmaceutical, or food industry preferred)
- Basic understanding of Health Canada NHP regulations
- Knowledge of analysis/testing methods for NHP, pharmaceutical, and/or food products is highly preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory documentation practices
