Quality Control and Testing Associate

BlackboxMyCar is currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic individual to fill the role of Quality Control Associate.
As the Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for making sure all of our received order packages are not damaged and to provide testing and refurbishing for all returned goods. You will be reporting to the Online Marketplaces Manager. Please note that this is NOT a physically intensive job.**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR...**
- Accurate data entry of required RMA information into Excel or Google Sheets
- Log all damaged incoming goods
- Inspect condition of returned goods
- Verify and match description of product returning reason
- Test each returned product to make sure they are in proper working condition
- Refurbish working condition product for resell
- Facilitate warranty process with manufacturers
- Keep track of all inventory related to damaged, returned, open-box, and refurbished goods
- Analyze RMA data to identify key issues, trends, and compiling them into reports
- Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
**YOU MUST HAVE...**
- Must have high school diploma
- Literacy across a broad range of electronic devices
- You are motivated, energetic about your work and are organized.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to assist other departments
