**What we do**:
Sparkle Solutions specializes in providing on premise laundry services (OPL) to large-scale facilities, including apartment buildings, fire departments, municipalities, condominiums and hotels in Canada. Property owners, managers and residents prefer Sparkle Solutions because of our expert management, seamless installation and robust reporting capabilities.

** AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Service, maintain and/or install washers, dryers, and card systems to meet customer service level requirements
- Efficiently troubleshooting mechanical repairs to washers, dryers, equipment;
- Recognizing and troubleshooting electrical and plumbing problems in laundry rooms.
- Maintain clean machines consistent with the company image and professional appearance;
- Responsible for inventory of company provided parts and equipment on company provided vehicle;
- Understanding and strictly following all company processes and procedures;
- Effectively use company-provided device for routing, scheduling, inventory, and accurately recording customer visits; read electrical schematics, maps, GPS, and other routing systems;
- Always presenting a professional appearance and provide service to customers in a positive, professional manner; as well as performs other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Valid Gas License Preffered but not required**:

- Experience with electronic devices, such as computer tablet, Blackberry, or Smartphone preferred;
- Prior washer/dryer repair experience is highly desirable.
- Need excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Must be highly flexible, able to prioritize schedule, and work on multiple projects while still meeting deadlines;
- High school diploma or equivalent and valid Driver's License with clean abstract.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Maneuvering and/or lifting of heavy equipment up to 75 lbs. required;
- Must own and supply basic hand tools;
