Job Summary:

The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing warranty claims and repairing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose warranty claims and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Fulfill work orders in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Assist with shipping, warehousing, facility management, and front desk management.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to push/ pull, lift and carry heavy equipment for short durations.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and heights.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
