As a Service technician, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps maintain the performance of dishwashers and cleaning product dilution systems for the restaurant and food service, agri-food and laundries industry. You will be asked to respond to service calls as well as to carry out new installations

**Main tasks**:
Ø Responding to the various service calls assigned to you

Ø Diagnosing problems and repairing machinery and equipment at the customers

Ø Refurbishing of machinery and equipment in the workshop

Ø Organize, coordinate, and prepare machinery and equipment for new installations

Ø Complete equipment installations and set up of new customers in a professional manner including communication with the customer.

Ø Ensure all equipment is well calibrated, including appropriate temperatures, pressures, water levels, amperage, and voltage, ect.

Ø Verify that all chemical parameters are set correctly, including, dosing of each cleaning chemical, PH, alkalinity, ect.

Ø Perform chemical titrations at customers to ensure good wash performance

Ø Keeping the workshop organized

Ø Make sure you keep a day-to-day inventory of parts available in your car

Ø Perform all other related tasks

**Prerequisites**:

- 2 years experience
- Strong diagnosing skills to efficiently resolve challenging electromechanical issues
- Excellent at working with your hands
- Ability to perform plumbing and electrical tasks
- Detail oriented and organized
- Physical strength to move equipment and products
- Good communication skill, English and French
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- Industrial Electrician Card (asset)
- Simdut training (asset)
- Lift truck certification (asset)

Detailed training will be provided for the chemical component of your responsibilities

- Weekend rotation on call (about 1 in 6)
- Schedule:
From Monday to Thursday 7h30 to 4h30

Friday 7h30 to 4h00
