**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose issues with appliances through troubleshooting techniques and schematics interpretation.
- Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers and ovens.
- Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repair processes and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on electrical components.
- Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently to meet service demands.
- A valid driver's license will be required as well as a criminal/drive record will be required for travel to job sites.
