**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to or the highest standards.
- Manage and train spa staff, including hiring, interviewing, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote spa services and products.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organize schedules for staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor financial performance, including pricing strategies and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisor / manager role within a spa or similar environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in math skills for pricing services and managing budgets.
- Excellent administrative skills, including record keeping and reporting.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for handling client communications professionally.
- Experience in team management with a focus on motivation and development.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Knowledge of store management principles related to inventory control and sales strategies.
- A passion for wellness, beauty, and customer satisfaction is highly desirable.
